I spied a KeyMe machine while waiting in line at Kroger today. I needed a new spare key, and was able to easily make it at the KeyMe kiosk. I used it once I returned home and it works as well as the original. It saved me a trip to a hardware store. Thanks, KeyMe!

Waited 2hrs. Was told 15-20min. Was told after 5 calls that they will contact the locksmith and have him call me. Never got that call. Called a number that texted me about information he shouldn't have had at all, and was answered by a condescending kid that was talking down to me when he lacked any responsibility to call and provide an eta as request 5 times. I could've called 3 other locksmiths to get this done before he came down, but I was trying to be considerate to the other locksmiths so they don't waste their time coming down if he makes it before them. All phone operators were lying about not having a way to provide the locksmith's number while at the same time insisting that they will call him as soon as we're off the phone. The manager lied when I requested him to put us on a three way call with the locksmith, by saying his phone is incapable of doing three way calls. It's 2021, at this point, that'd be impossible to be true. All n all, garbage service on each part of the departments.
